Returns

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return any full price clothing item within 14 days of purchase for a store credit
  • All returns will automatically be issued a store credit that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size
  • We don't offer refunds for change of mind or orders using ZipPay/Afterpay
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund (Please note, We check all items before postage so you won't have this problem)
  • Please take care when trying on any product(s)

CONDITION OF RETURN

All product(s) must be returned:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • with all original tags still attached
  • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
  • free of make-up or tan marks
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  •  cosmetics/cosmetic brushes
  •  underwear, intimates and hosiery
  •  swimwear

All SALE items CANNOT be returned, (including full priced items purchased using a discount code)
